Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I post about my life in general, positive and negative. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my brother and parents as I reached the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my story. In the hope of having an improved life I wanted to try my best to please them and determined to achieve my goals. My plan of life was for me to go to university, get work in a corporate then marry, and purchase an apartment. My goal was to go to college after graduation, and then find an employment in a corporation. I would then marry to buy a home and start a family. But life had different plans. The money and the status of my position did not make me happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I realized that personal training was what I wanted to do. I am a lover for exercise, enjoy being in the company of people and am eager to help them. In 2014, I launched my own business, and in the year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. Within the field of coaching I would like to change the world by providing quality training to help others become healthier and more content. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. As my professional career took flight I also lost my mom. This loss is the worst of everything. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will forever remain in my thoughts and my mind. The lessons we learn from life often go unnoticed yet they can prove very valuable. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I live my life now and not merely existing like I was in my past. I share my life with you in hopes that you will resonate by my experiences and words for you to know that you are not alone, for you to be aware that you are more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your greatest form of wealth. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets as dying is the only possibility that awaits us in our life.
